I started out 33 years ago attending births as labor support for friends and family.  This progressed to becoming a Certified Childbirth Educator, and Certified Doula, attending hospital and home births alike. As my children began attending college, I also began my college education and became an Associate's Degree Registered Nurse.  I continued and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing as well as became a Certified Lactation Counselor. 

I began teaching online classes over the past two years for the hospital I work at as a Labor/Delivery/Postpartum/Nursery RN.  I am expanding this to offer classes to families from all over.  I am offering Informed Birth and Parenting Childbirth Classes.  These are not your typical hospital classes, in that I am pretty informal, fun and provide everything you need “soup to nuts” to be prepared, less anxious and informed before managing with contractions, so that you can make decisions that are best for you and your new family. I have three options for classes.
